Jeffrey A. Feret, President

Jeff offers over 30 years of experience in both the architecture and construction industries. Working at a Pittsburgh architecture firm as a Principal and Senior Associate in his early career, allowed an easy transition to Senior Project Manager at a Pittsburgh-based general contracting firm. With Jeff's experience in both industries, he is able to provide the comprehensive building solution owners need for an overall gratifying project experience. 


Victoria Cochran Glitsky, Business Director

Victoria has been working in the marketing industry for 18 years, with over ten of those years being in the construction industry providing marketing services, as well as project coordination assistance. Victoria is responsible for all AR/PR, contract development, internal office management and more. Victoria also oversees the development and implementation of support materials and services in the area of marketing and communications. Victoria plans, develops, and implements all of ArTECH Group's marketing strategies, in addition to marketing communications. She also assists with each project's development.

David Sciullo, Project Manager

Dave brings 35 years of commercial construction experience, with the past 20 years being a project manager. Dave's field experience as an expediter, project engineer and five years as field superintendent has been a key element in his current project management practice. His ability to put together realistic schedules and budgets has been developed through that experience. Dave's areas of expertise include but are not limited to: site management, budgeting, cost management, scheduling, risk analysis, procurement, estimating, safety, permitting, inspections, codes and submittals.

John Kowalik, Jr., Project Manager

John carries over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He has been involved in the building, heavy/highway, and industrial construction fields. John has worked as a safety representative, surveyor, estimator, project manager, operations manager, and vice president. His practical knowledge enables him to effectively manage any project through the bidding, procurement, contract administration, scheduling, cost control, risk control, daily management, and closeout procedures.

Ryan Smith, Project Manager

Ryan has over a decade of experience in the construction industry. Ryan started as a laborer, moving into finishing, worked several years as a commercial carpenter before becoming a superintendent, and has experience as a project manager, as well. Ryan is familiar with medical, commercial/retail, and industrial construction and deems safety, proper coordination, deadlines, quality workmanship and meeting budgets of utmost priority.


Kari Bongiovanni, Administrative Assistant

Kari brings over 10 years of HVAC company front end management experience to ArTECH Group. Kari's professional career has included various roles, but all have provided a strong emphasis on office operations and procedures including but not limited to: designing, implementing and maintaining administrative systems, optimizing office efficiency, and liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.


JT Trawinski, Lead Superintendent

JT started in the construction industry in his teens as a carpenter’s helper and advanced to journeyman carpenter, carpenter foreman, site superintendent, project manager and construction manager of multi-million dollar developments. His goal is to continue to produce quality, on-time projects.

JT is responsible for site supervision for ground-up building construction, concrete tilt-up buildings and tenant build-outs, full control of all subcontractors, coordination and scheduling of all aspects of the project, safety enforcement and weekly job coordination meetings and schedule updates, and delivery logistics and timing to create a continuous, smooth running, quality project.
